Breast cancer: mechanisms of tumor progression and drug resistance, biomarkers of response to therapy and prognosis, triple-negative disease, development of neoadjuvant treatment approaches, immune control of cancer development and progression, ethnic differences in cancer biology, disparities in access to cancer diagnosis and treatment

Ovarian cancer: cancerogenesis, mechanisms of tumor progression and drug resistance, biomarkers of response to therapy and prognosis, immune control of cancerogenesis and metastasizing, rare tumors

Cell biology: HER family of receptors (interactions and signal transduction), epithelial-mesenchymal transition, cancer stem cells, regulation of protein synthesis, radiobiology, cell-based assays, in situ tissue assays

Protein science: detection/analysis of proteins in tissues/cells/fluids, proteomics

Drug development: natural products as anticancer, anti-age and immunoboosting agents; protein synthesis inhibitors; multitarget inhibitors, antibody-drug conjugates, immunotherapeutic agents, advanced methods of drug delivery (nanoparticles etc.)
