Gonzalez Convention Center, San Antonio,USA Friday, December 12, 2014 Minimal requirements and radiation therapy standards for breast cancer in countries with limited resources This workshop presentation will help to achieve the goal of overcoming the inequalities in radiation oncology clinical practices that are the result of not being able to follow existing guidelines that were developed primarily for countries with unlimited resources. A panel of internationally recognized experts will present potential solutions on bridging the gap between countries in terms of decision making, multidisciplinary teamwork and ownership of adopted guidelines. Not only will this symposium be a significant resource for SABCS attendees in general but also will be a particularly important educational opportunity for international attendees who come from places where limited resources are a reality.
